Why am i being asked to upgrade when i click on a bid?
You will be prompted to upgrade if you click on a bid in a location where your account is not registered, or if the bid is beyond your current subscription level. Different subscription levels have access to different solicitations.
Can we merge accounts?
Accounts cannot be merged or added together.

Can I export to excel?

Where can I find and view Available Qualifications and My Applications?
By clicking on Solicitations then Qualification, you will find a list of “Available Qualifications” that you may apply for, and “My Applications” for qualifications that you have already submitted.
How do I prevent from timing out?
Your session will automatically log you out of your account after 30 minutes of inactivity. To avoid timing out, refresh your current page.
What does “Stale Request” or “Session Synchronization Failed” mean?
The ‘Error - Stale Request’ or ‘Session Synchronization Failed’ prompt typically occurs if you have timed out of your session. Try clicking the browser's back arrow a few times to get back to the homepage, or you can clear your cache and browsing history, then restart your browser.
What does, ‘You are not allowed to view this solicitation at this point’, mean?
If you receive the error message, “You are not allowed to view this solicitation at this point,” it is most likely the bid has been cancelled or suspended by the issuing agency. This error message may occur after you have already viewed the solicitation previously. Please check your email for any updated notifications or contact the agency for more information.
When I click on a bid I receive “An error has occurred. Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.”

If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.” means that you are likely not registered with the purchasing group you are trying to access or the bid is beyond your current subscription level. If you are trying to access a bid in a state where you are not registered, you must add it to your account via Solicitations > Matching Profiles and complete the registration forms listed under the person icon > Purchasing Groups.
How can I add an internal note to my solicitation?
You can add an internal note to your solicitation by clicking Notes at the top right. These notes are not visible to buyers but they are visible to other contacts on your account.
How can I find a bid I was invited to?
'Invitation only' bids are account specific. If you received an email invitation, make sure you’re logged into the correct account. If your email is associated with multiple accounts, you will need to use the account that was invited. If you do not have an account, you must create one. The account must be active and registered with the purchasing group that sent the invite. If a colleague received the invitation, either log in through their account or contact the issuing agency to request a change.
When will the awarded bid information be published?
Award notification is published at the discretion of the issuing agency and in accordance with their timeline. Please refer to the bid documents from the solicitation for any details regarding the award process. The award may be published publicly in-person as well as online.
How to manage my account?
You can manage your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper-right corner or by clicking Solicitations > Matching Profile.
Can I purchase a single solicitation?
No, BidNet Direct does not offer an option to pay for individual bid opportunities. You must subscribe to the appropriate subscription service.
