BidNet Direct - How To Register

How do I register with BidNet Direct?

To register as a supplier of goods and services, please visit www.bidnetdirect.com, click on Vendor Registration and take the following steps:

1. Fill out the “Get Started” form to create a new Supplier account.

2. Choose your subscription frequency: Monthly or Yearly (*At this time, Monthly is only available on new registrations)

3. Choose from one of our four new subscription plans: Basic, Local, Regional, or National.

4. Select the states you want to add to your paid subscription; click Continue.

   1. Basic account registrations will select their desired states during Activation.

5. Add-ons such as the Advertising Profile or Federal can be added for a fee, as desired.

6. Click Continue.

7. Review your “Order Summary” and enter your Payment Details, if applicable.

8. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

9. Click Pay & Subscribe to process payment.

10. An activation email will be sent to you to complete the account setup.

Can I have two different company names under one account?

Each registered account is associated with one Organization Name. If you have multiple companies, you may want to register a separate account for each business. If you have a DBA (doing business as), parent company, or a joint venture, you can have one account using the same Organization Name that is best fitting for all companies.

Can I register two accounts?

Yes, you may have two accounts.

How do I change my account type?

You cannot change your account type. If you are a provider of goods or services, a Supplier account is correct. Please designate your industry vertical in the Working Categories section.
