What subscription is right for me?

As of December 1, 2025, BidNet Direct offers four subscription package options: Basic, Local, Regional, and National.  All newly registered paid subscriptions can be monthly or yearly. Before making a purchase, we strongly recommend speaking with an Account Executive to help you choose the package that best fits your needs.

What is the PinPoint Analytics Add-on to my subscription?

PinPoint Analytics is offering an AI powered tool to improve your bidding outcomes by offering award details, competitor analysis, market intelligence, and historical bid data. Their AI tool covers construction-specific insight in all 50 states.

The add-on to your plan feature allows you to add this service to your choice of subscription within Bidnet Direct. Upon registration, you will receive an automated message from Bidnet Direct and PinPoint Analytics will then register you to their platform. This add-on to your plan is complementary and does not replace the access and features that Bidnet Direct provides.

Can I try before I buy?

BidNet Direct does not offer trial periods. For a no up-front cost solution, we offer a Basic subscription which allows access to Member Agency Bids.

How can I purchase the $9 per month plan?

The group subscription plan for $108 / annually, is no longer available.

How can I get a promo code?

Vendor Support does not provide promotional codes. However, in some instances, targeted emails may be sent to select clients as an incentive. If you have received such an email, please contact the Account Executive listed at the bottom of the email that you received. If you did not receive an email, you may contact [e-mail] for more information.

Where do I enter the code during registration?

If you received an email that contains a promotional code or migration code, please locate the “Order Details” section on the right, and click the Add a promo code link to enter your discount code.
