What is the process for refund?

Upon registration, all vendors must agree to our Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the sections labeled Renewal & Cancellation and Service Fees: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/tsandcs

Prices are in US Dollars. All fees paid in advance are non-refundable. Your subscription will renew automatically in accordance with the previous term. We will place these charges against the credit card on file on the renewal date unless you cancel your subscription beforehand. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation goes into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
